Only dental professionals can complete the professional-strength teeth whitening using the Philips Zoom system.
Philips Zoom is the world’s most requested professional whitening treatment. Millions of patients have already used Zoom to achieve brighter, healthier smiles.
Why Philips Zoom?
Philips Zoom is not only proven to whiten teeth up to eight shades, it’s also safe. While other whitening products can harm teeth and gums, using Philips Zoom with Relief ACP actually gives you greater luster and protects enamel.
Philips Zoom is only available at a dentist’s office to ensure optimum safety, and comes in different treatment types and strengths to fit your lifestyle and sensitivity.
There are procedures that you also must follow if the process is to be completely effective:
About five days before your Zoom treatment appointment, you must apply a GC Tooth Mousse twice daily by placing the mousse directly onto the teeth, or by using a mouth tray. This will help to reduce sensitivity during the Zoom whitening process.
You must stop using the GC Tooth Mousse 24 hours prior to the procedure.
After the Zoom whitening procedure, you must apply the mousse twice daily for three to five days, as required.
If you do experience sensitivity following the Zoom whitening procedure, take two paracetamol tablets (recommended as it is safer for most patients than other brands of pain relieving tablets) before going to sleep.
Your teeth will be more prone to staining for 48 hours following the Zoom whitening treatment. To maintain results, avoid any potential staining agents for at least 48 hours.
We recommend that you avoid drinking liquids and eating foods which are strong-coloured (tea, coffee, red wine, cola, dark fruit juice, liquorice and other dark coloured sweets, dark sauces such as soy sauce, beetroot, curried food). We also suggest you brush with plain white toothpaste.
